What People Are Saying

“I want to thank the team that put this webinar on. It was so refreshing to hear about the reality of stressors, and more importantly to offer solutions to calm the mind/body! I listen to a "Happier" webinar almost weekly and Commit to Calm offered me more in an hour than weeks of other webinars have, so thank you again!”

FAQs

What kind of events do you do?

Workshops and trainings can be tailored to support mental health and care-givers, or for a general audience seeking wellness support. The themes of my events tend toward themes and practices aimed at supporting whole-person well-being, emotional resilience, and embodied living. This can be in the context of professional trainings (e.g., how to support your clients in developing these skills) to personal application (e.g., how can I apply these skills into my daily life).

Where do you offer events?

Events can be facilitated online via zoom, or in person at a site of your choosing.

do you do collaborative events?

Yes! I love to partner with others to co-create events, trainings, and workshops for groups or communities.

How long are your events?

The length of a workshop or training is entirely dependent on your needs. Most workshops and trainings range from 1 to 3 hours. From smaller scale 1-hour sessions to 2-day trainings and weekend retreats, the possibilities are endless. The more time available for sessions, the greater opportunity to engage in experiential, embodied, and community practices.

what are your rates?

Rates vary depending upon a variety of factors including the length of the event, travel, and materials needed. Contact me to schedule a conversation and we can explore what is possible for you and your group!
