Who is Patty?

 

Dr. Patty Hlava is a personal transformation guide specializing in Ayurveda, yoga, and psychology. She helps people live meaningful lives and unveil the best versions of themselves.

 

In 2018, she retired from her clinical psychotherapy practice to develop AwakenPeace Healing. As a certified Yoga Health Coach, Intrinsic coach, Ayurveda Wellness Coach, meditation instructor, and registered yoga teacher, Patty is an expert in guiding others toward sustainable habit changes for mind, body, and spirit.
