Managing our weight is more than counting calories. It’s about supporting our digestive system and helping our body find its own natural rhythm. Here are 7 tips to help attune to your natural rhythms:


  1. Eat and earlier lighten dinner

  2. Make lunch your primary meal

  3. Move your body for 10-20 minutes every morning before breakfast

  4. Eat a plant-based diet

  5. Sip on room-temp water throughout the day instead of snacking

  6. Ditch the ice (avoid ice-cold beverages and favor room-temp or warm drinks)

  7. Start the day with water
