With a Ph.D. in psychology, and certification as a Yoga Health Coach, ICDS Intrinsic coach™, meditation instructor, and registered yoga teacher, my work has evolved into a mindful and science-based approach to whole-person healing that reflects my love of nature, learning in community, and personal growth.

The Awaken group meets weekly using Zoom Video Conferencing. Zoom is available as a free download, and it’s easy to navigate. The group also has a member-only classroom and discussion forum for ongoing interaction between calls.

Awaken helps members develop the skills and internal resources to realign to the natural rhythm of their body, which supports the body and mind to overcome many common health and wellness concerns.
I have a busy schedule. How much time does this take?
Any process of change and transformation requires an investment in time. The amount of time you dedicate is entirely up to you. We meet for a period of 14 weeks, with weekly calls runing an average of 75 minutes in length.
